Episode 18:
Goodbye for Now
Vash has moved to a new town and taken up the name Eriks. He flashes back to a
meeting he was supposed to have with a man supposedly related to Rem. When he got to the man's
house he found the guy dead with Knives standing over him. Knives then shoots one of Vash's
arms off and causes the other to swell up into the angel arm. Vash points the angel arm at
Knives and fires. Back in the town, Wolfwood has arrived looking for Vash. He eventually finds
him and convinces him that he can't run away from his problems. The two take out some bandits
who were causing trouble under the name of Vash the Stampede and save a young girl who Vash had
been living with in the process.
