Beast Wars: Episode Guide
Episode 3: The Web
Rhinox is testing a new comlink that should fair better against the energon
interferance. Cheetor tests it out, but on his test run he discovers that Scorponok has found
a mega canon. Hoping to prevent the Predacon from returning the weapon to base, Cheetor engages
the enemy. Little does he know Tarantulas is also there, and Cheetor takes a missile to the
chest before Optimus can arrive. After being repaired, Cheetor gets a stern lecture. The cat
wants to make up for his mistake so he heads out to take care of the mega canon. On the way
there he is captured by Tarantulas and put into a stasis web. The web will drain all his energy
away and then Tarantulas will eat him. Luckily Rattrap tracks him down and saves him from
Tarantulas' claws.
